Help and Support
Because sometimes we need a little support - and that's OK.
Find a list of useful organisations that can help you.
A trusted adult, teacher or parent
The first place to visit for support should always be a responsible and trusted adult in your life. Whether that is a parent, teacher, guardian, family member or someone in your community - please consider speaking to them first.
It is important to remember that you are not alone and there is support out there. Even in your school there may be services and help that you are not aware of. Please ask.
Please note: Empathy Week and our staff are only able to signpost organisations and services and cannot respond personally to individual requests.
