The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male.

CALM exists to change this offering frontline services (including free and confidential helpline and webchat), community services, and awareness campaigns.


Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Cruse Bereavement Care is the leading national charity for bereaved people in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Stand against Racism and Inequality Charity (SARI) provides support for victims for any type of hate crimes, including racist, faith-based, disablist, homophobic, transphobic, age-based or gender-based.

Black Minds Matter connects Black individuals and families with free mental health services, removing the stigma and remodelling the services to be relevant for the Black community. Every penny donated goes towards connecting Black families and individuals with Black therapists to provide free sessions.
