Our webinars will introduce teachers (you!) to Empathy Week 2024. By booking onto a quick 15 minute session, you will gain:

• A run-down of the festival structure and what to expect throughout Empathy Week (including a preview of some of our exciting 2024 speakers).

• An understanding of our new structure, and how it can work flexibly around your busy timetable.

• Where empathy development links to the UK curriculum in PSHE, RSHE and embedding SMSC in your school.

• A sense of why empathy is a valuable and teachable skill that underpins all other crucial life skills - including leadership, creativity, communication and resilience.

• A chance to ask any questions to the Empathy Week team.

What to expect in 2024?

🏡 Our theme: We're diving deep into the theme of 'Home', exploring pressing social issues such as the refugee crisis, homelessness, nationality, and fostering positive relationships.

​

🎬 On-demand film resources: This year we are offering two film-based assemblies per age-group that explore the theme of 'Home' and use previously unseen footage from previous Empathy Weeks. So expect to see some familiar faces reappearing!

​

🧑🏾‍💻 Online and on-demand webinars: Age-differentiated webinars and events will give students, teachers and parents the chance to learn from inspiring speakers and participate in live Q&As.

​

🎤 Professional Growth and free CPD: We’ve also got fantastic opportunities for adult learning and professional development, including free CPD training.

​

💥 In-person experiences: like our partnership with Snapchat in 2023, we hope to bring more workshops and events in 2024 that are beyond the curriculum and beyond fun.
