Resources and events

We've highlighted below exactly what you can expect to receive when you become a registered school. There is also a useful timeline to refer to beneath.

A note to returning schools

Empathy Week does not have a 5 film programme this year. We have adapted and changed our business and will be bringing you a new and exciting film programme for September 2024 through our new brand Empathy Studios - watch this space!

Assembly Resources

In 2024 we are providing 2 assemblies per age group.

These will use short films and video content that centres around this years theme of 'Home'.

Assemblies will link to our learning framework which is viewable in the schools information pack.

A whole school approach:

Each assembly includes powerful short films ( around 3-4 minutes) and include age-differentiated questions, guidance and our much loved 'feelings wheel' template.

All assemblies are fully planned and resourced for teachers - a game-changer!

Online events

Our online events provide a platform for students, teachers and parents to learn from inspiring speakers, participate in live Q+As, and attend CPD training sessions. With many events to choose from and with everything free, make sure to block out this week.

Tickets and the full event schedule will be available to registered schools from December.

In-person events

Working with incredible partners to offer experiences, workshops and events that are beyond the curriculum and beyond fun.

Like our partnership with Snapchat in 2023 where we worked to up-skill students in Augmented Reality, educated them on careers and expand their empathy skills by meeting employees from across the business.

See the highlight video by clicking here.

We hope to bring you new partnerships and opportunities in 2024.

Please note - this is currently a UK only opportunity.

Want more?

Get in touch if you want to explore how we can work with you more closely to develop the skill of empathy.

We offer CPD training in person and online, bespoke to the needs of the school.

"To say that the empathy training received by the Empathy Week team was impactful would be an understatement. It has, and inherently will change and inform how staff treat each other and the students in our school. It was dynamic and thought-provoking, all pulled together by a professional and emphatic speaker and facilitator in Ed.

This is the one piece of CPD that any school or business should stop thinking about doing.. and just do it!"
